(17) Chapter: Kira (leasing Land)

باب كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ ‏‏

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of A’mash with the same chain of transmitters, but with a slight change of words.

وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الشَّاعِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْجَوَّابِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارُ بْنُ رُزَيْقٍ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ‏ “‏ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ فَلْيُزْرِعْهَا رَجُلاً ‏”‏ ‏.‏
