(52) Chapter: The stay of the Prophet (saws) in Makkah

باب مَقَامُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمَكَّةَ زَمَنَ الْفَتْحِ

Narrated Anas:

We stayed (in Mecca) for ten days along with the Prophet (ﷺ) and used to offer shortened prayers (i.e. journey prayers).

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ،‏.‏ حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ أَقَمْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَشْرًا نَقْصُرُ الصَّلاَةَ‏.‏
