(4) Chapter: Concession Allowing Play That Involves No Disobedience During The Days Of 'Id

باب الرُّخْصَةِ فِي اللَّعِبِ الَّذِي لاَ مَعْصِيَةَ فِيهِ فِي أَيَّامِ الْعِيدِ ‏

This hadith has been narrated by Hisham with the same chain of transmitters, but there the words are:

” Two girls were playing upon a tambourine.”

وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ جَمِيعًا عَنْ أَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ‏.‏ وَفِيهِ جَارِيَتَانِ تَلْعَبَانِ بِدُفٍّ ‏.‏
