(4) Chapter: What has been said regarding the houses of the wives of the Prophet ﷺ and that which were named after them of the houses (e.g., ‘Aishah’s house)

باب مَا جَاءَ فِي بُيُوتِ أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، وَمَا نُسِبَ مِنَ الْبُيُوتِ إِلَيْهِنَّ

Narrated Aisha:

That Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) used to offer the `Asr prayer while the sun was still shining in her Hujra (i.e. her dwelling place).

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُصَلِّي الْعَصْرَ وَالشَّمْسُ لَمْ تَخْرُجْ مِنْ حُجْرَتِهَا‏.‏
