(24) Chapter: Narrations about Ibn 'Abbas رضي الله عنهما

باب ذِكْرُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رضى الله عنهما

Narrated ‘Abdul Warith:

The same but said, “O Allah, teach him (Ibn Abbas) the Book (i.e. the understanding of the knowledge of Qur’an).”

Narrated Khalid: As above.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، وَقَالَ، ‏ “‏ عَلِّمْهُ الْكِتَابَ ‏”‏‏.‏ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، مِثْلَهُ‏.‏ وَالْحِكْمَةُ الْإِصَابَةُ فِي غَيْرِ النُّبُوَّةِ
