(17) Chapter: Kira (leasing Land)

باب كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ ‏‏

Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) having forbidden the renting of land.

وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، – يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ – عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ ‏.‏
