(15) Chapter: One who sells date palms on which there are dates

باب مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلاً عَلَيْهَا ثَمَرٌ ‏‏

Ibn Umar reported on the authority of his father as Allah’s Apostle (ﷺ) saying so.

وَحَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ بِمِثْلِهِ ‏.‏
