(9) Chapter: Stern warning against accusing a slave of fornication

باب التَّغْلِيظِ عَلَى مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ بِالزِّنَا ‏‏

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Ibn Ghazwan (and the words are):

” I heard Abu’l-Qasim (ﷺ) as the Prophet of repentance.”

وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ، يُوسُفَ الأَزْرَقُ كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ غَزْوَانَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ‏.‏ وَفِي حَدِيثِهِمَا سَمِعْتُ أَبَا، الْقَاسِمِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَبِيَّ التَّوْبَةِ ‏.‏
