(6) Chapter: Stoning Jews and Ahl Adh-Dhimmah for Zina

باب رَجْمِ الْيَهُودِ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ فِي الزِّنَا ‏‏

Jabir b. ‘Abdullah reported that Allah’s Apostle (ﷺ) stoned (to death) a person from Banu Aslam, and a Jew and his wife.

وَحَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، يَقُولُ رَجَمَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَجُلاً مِنْ أَسْلَمَ وَرَجُلاً مِنَ الْيَهُودِ وَامْرَأَتَهُ ‏.‏
