(37) Chapter: Killing Snakes Etc.

باب قَتْلِ الْحَيَّاتِ وَغَيْرِهَا ‏‏

‘Abdullah reported that Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) commanded a Muhrim (one who is in the state of pilgrimage) to kill the snake at Mina.

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، – يَعْنِي ابْنَ غِيَاثٍ – حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَمَرَ مُحْرِمًا بِقَتْلِ حَيَّةٍ بِمِنًى ‏.‏
